Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Atlas (atlas.versiondos.com), a Version Dos product. By creating an account or using Atlas you agree to them.

The service

Atlas lets organizations configure AI-powered digital employees, connect workplace tools (email, blogs, and social networks), and authorize outbound actions. Atlas drafts content and queues it for a human owner or admin. Publishing to a connected network happens only after that approval, except where the product documentation says otherwise for purely internal steps.

Accounts

You must be authorized to act for the organization you represent. Keep credentials and passkeys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your organization’s users and for the agents you enable, including content they generate and actions you approve.

Connected networks

When you connect LinkedIn, X, Meta networks, TikTok, YouTube, Ghost, or similar services, you grant Atlas permission to use the tokens you provide to verify the account and to publish or comment as described in the product. You must have the right to connect those accounts (for example, Page admin for Facebook). You remain responsible for complying with each network’s terms, developer policies, and community standards. Version Dos is not affiliated with those networks.

Acceptable use

You may not use Atlas to spam, impersonate others, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual property, send unlawful content, or attempt to access Atlas or connected services beyond the permissions granted. We may suspend access if these terms or applicable law are violated.

Content and AI

Organization content stays owned by the organization. You grant Version Dos a limited license to host and process it solely to provide Atlas. AI-generated drafts can be wrong or incomplete; humans must review consequential outbound posts and email before approval.

Availability and changes

We provide Atlas on a commercially reasonable basis and may change features. We may update these terms by posting a new version at /terms. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers and liability

Atlas is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by Argentine law, Version Dos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken on third-party networks after you approve them. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to Atlas is limited to the fees paid to Version Dos for Atlas in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if none were paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Courts of the City of Buenos Aires have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
