Version Dos
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 17, 2026
This policy describes how Version Dos (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information in Atlas, our corporate agent management product, at atlas.versiondos.com.
Who this applies to
Atlas is a business product. We process information for organizations that create accounts, their invited users, and the digital employees (agents) those organizations configure. We do not offer Atlas to the general public as a consumer social network.
Information we collect
- Account data. Names, email addresses, organization profile, and authentication credentials (including passkeys).
- Workspace data. Agent configuration, knowledge, tasks, email and campaign content, approvals, and activity logs that organizations store in Atlas.
- Connected accounts. When a user connects a social network or blog, we receive OAuth tokens (or a Ghost Admin API key) and basic profile identifiers (such as handle, page id, or site URL) needed to publish on that account after a human approval.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to operate Atlas: authenticate users, run agents, draft and (after approval) publish content, send transactional email, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected social accounts to advertise to your audience on our own behalf.
Social network permissions
Atlas requests only the access needed to verify a connected profile and to publish or comment after an organization owner or admin authorizes the action. Tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect a network from the agent at any time. Revoking Atlas inside the network’s own app settings also ends that access.
Sharing
We share information with subprocessors that host Atlas (for example infrastructure and email delivery), and with the social networks or Ghost site you choose to connect, solely to perform the requested publish or read action. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep workspace data for as long as the organization maintains an Atlas account, and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, security, and legal requirements. Disconnecting a social account deletes the stored tokens for that account.
Your choices
Organization owners can update or delete users, agents, and connected accounts from Atlas. You may also email us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to the organization’s account and applicable law.
